The first 4D Movie diagrams were presented by Steve M. Slaby of Princeton University and Randal J. Bishop at a conference of the International Society for Geometry and Graphics. The geometry is from the book "Four-Dimensional Descriptive Geometry" by C. Ernesto S. Lindgren and Steve M. Slaby. The principles of linear perspective are used to illustrate the relationships of the four three-dimensional spaces in a four-dimensional coordinate system. During the first few seconds of the video the images are in a three-dimensional space than a four-dimensional space. This is the world's first 4DMovie.
